Assisted the following jobs at Urea Plant during Fatima Fertilizer’s Turnaround 2019:
- Design modification of axial displacement probe’s Bracket of vertical split centrifugal compressor
- Radial alignment of horizontal split centrifugal compressor using dial indicator
- Rim and face alignment of reduction gear box using dial indicator
- Visual inspection of stripper ferrules sleeves
- Thickness Measurement of Pool reactor inner liner using Ultrasonic thickness meter
- Monitoring of defects in Pool reactor’s dish, thrust bearing’s tilting pads, cover manhole of HP Stripper and Pool reactor using dye penetration test
- Thickness Measurement of HP Stripper tubes using eddy current test
- Extraction, visual inspection, hydrojetting and air blowing of U-Tube bundles of low pressure Carbamate condenser, reflux condenser and carbon dioxide intercoolers
- Hydrojetting of fixed tube heat exchangers and steam condenser
- Hydro-testing of heat exchangers
- Plate type heat exchanger cleaning
- Sand blasting of steam turbine rotor
- Blade tip clearance measurement during the assembling of steam turbine

Observed the Sterile System, Drive System and Design Control System of the following filling machines during internship:
- TETRA PAK A3/SPEED
- TETRA PAK A3/FLEX
- TETRA BRIK ASEPTIC, TBA/19 030V

Performed an experimental work at Material Synthesis Lab of USPCAS-E based at UET Peshawar for the preparation of Transparent Hydrophobic Nano Coating. The lab has all the devices for the preparation of Hydrophobic Coating such as Fume Hood, Magnetic Stirrer and Oven, etc. While the performance of the coating was measured with the help of Atomic Force Microscopy at School of Chemical & Materials Engineering, NUST Islamabad and Spectrophotometer Test was carried out at Material Research Laboratory at University of Peshawar.
